Taco and Pupusa Catering for Parties in Moreno Valley, CA
Food is the half of a kids party that quietly eats the whole morning. We do not cook it and we will not pretend we do. We sell it alongside your bounce house and subcontract the cooking to Garcia's Catering, so it is one call, one quote and one bill.

Who cooks the food
We rent bounce houses. We do not cook and we are not a caterer. What we do is sell the food as part of your party and subcontract the cooking to Garcia's Catering, an independent kitchen here in Moreno Valley working under its own health permits and its own staff. Two things follow from that and both matter to you. You are buying it from us, so it is ours to get right. And the food itself is theirs, cooked in their kitchen by their people. We tell you that plainly because you should know whose hands your food passed through, and because they are good and deserve the credit.
What $750 covers
Food for 50 people, starting at $750. That is our price, and it sits on top of your bounce house rental rather than inside it, so the day costs the unit plus the catering, quoted together. We confirm the current number and exactly what comes with it when we quote your date, because the menu gets built around what you are actually feeding people rather than a fixed tray count.
It is a Salvadorian and Mexican kitchen, not a taco cart
Worth knowing before you plan the food, because most people booking a bounce house assume catering means a taco guy and stop there. Garcia's make pupusas: chicharron, cheese, beans, revueltas, and cheese with squash or cactus, served with curtido and salsa in mild or spicy. They also run guisados by the tray, bistec a la mexicana, costillas, birria, chicken with mole, creamy chipotle chicken, all served with rice, beans and salsas. Tacos are there too, asada, pollo, chorizo and al pastor. The full menu is in the table below. If you are feeding a mixed crowd of adults and children, the guisados and the pupusas are what turn a kids party into something the parents stay for.
The three things parents actually ask about
First, the child who will not eat tacos. There are burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches in ham, chicken, turkey or tuna, so nobody has to negotiate with a seven year old at their own party. Second, vegetarians. This is not an afterthought on Garcia's menu but a section of it: papas a la mexicana, rajas con queso, calabaza en salsa, ensalada de nopales, plus rice and beans, and the chorizo comes in a soy version for tacos and burritos. Third, drinks. Seven aguas frescas, including horchata in both Salvadorian and Mexican styles, jamaica, pina, melon, sandia and cucumber with lime and chia, which saves somebody a soda run on the morning. There is a snack table too if you want one: tostilocos, esquite, nachos, chicharrones, hot Cheetos and fruit, with chamoy, Tajin, Valentina and lemon to go on top.
How the booking actually works
You call us once. We check your date against what is already booked, quote the bounce house, and put the same date in front of Garcia’s, and quote the food alongside it. One quote and one bill, both from us. That is the part we are adding: you are not chasing two companies and hoping they agree on a time.
Who to call about what
Call us. Portions, headcount, timing on the day, the unit, the space, the date: all of it comes to us, because you booked it from us and it is our job to make the day work rather than yours to work out who owns which half. There is one exception and it is the next section. Where a question genuinely needs the kitchen to answer it, we get you the answer or put you straight through.
Allergies and dietary needs
This is the one thing we will not answer for you, and the reason is safety rather than paperwork. Garcia's cook the food, so they are the only people who can tell you honestly what is in it and what they can work around. An allergy relayed second hand is a message with an extra place to go wrong. So tell us on the first call and we will put you directly in touch with the kitchen, before you book rather than on the day. We make the introduction. We do not answer it on their behalf.
Bigger parties, and food that is not tacos
Custom packages are available and they are Garcia's to build. A larger headcount, a different menu, an evening party rather than a kids one: tell them what you are actually having and they will quote it. If it is easier, give us the outline when you call and we will pass it over with your date.

Common questions
Do they have vegetarian options?
Yes, and it is a section of their menu rather than something improvised for you: papas a la mexicana, rajas con queso, calabaza en salsa, ensalada de nopales, plus rice and beans. The chorizo also comes in soy for tacos and burritos. Confirm the details with Garcia's when they quote you, because it is their kitchen.
What if my kid will not eat tacos?
There are burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches in ham, chicken, turkey or tuna on the menu, so the picky eater is covered without a separate trip. Tell Garcia's roughly how many children you are feeding and what they actually eat when they quote your date.
What about drinks?
Seven aguas frescas, including horchata in both Salvadorian and Mexican styles, jamaica, pina, melon, sandia, a fruit ensalada, and cucumber with lime and chia. There is champurrado and coffee for the adults. That is Garcia's side of the day, so ask them what comes with your order.
How much is taco catering for 50 people?
It starts at $750 for 50 people, and that is our price, on top of your bounce house rental. We confirm the current number and exactly what comes with it when we quote your date.
Who actually cooks the food?
Garcia's Catering, an independent kitchen in Moreno Valley working under their own health permits. Lolly's Happy Place does not prepare, handle or serve food. We sell the catering alongside your bounce house and subcontract the cooking to them, so you buy it from us and they cook it.
Do I pay you or Garcias?
You pay us. We sell the food as part of the party and Garcia's cook it for us as our subcontractor, so it is one quote and one bill rather than two. If something about the food is not right on the day, it is ours to put right rather than yours to chase.
Can you handle food allergies?
The kitchen answers that one rather than us, because we do not cook the food and will not guess about it. Tell us on the first call and we will put you straight in touch with Garcia's before you book. An allergy passed through a third party has an extra place to go wrong, so we make the introduction rather than relaying the message.
What if my headcount changes?
Tell us if it changes which bounce house you need, and tell Garcia's for the food. Ask them on the first call when they need your final number and whether it can come down as well as go up, because that is their policy rather than ours.
Can I book the food without a bounce house?
Yes. Garcia's take their own bookings and you are welcome to call them directly. What we add is getting both halves of the day sorted in one conversation. Call or text 844-953-0494 with your date and we will start it.
