We quote it in writing
Unit, hours, headcount and drive, priced before anything is due. A $50 deposit holds the date once you are happy with the quote, and it comes off the balance rather than adding to it.
We set up before guests arrive
About 20 minutes, scheduled ahead of your start time, not during it.
We come back and take it down
You do not lift anything and you do not return anything.

Add the food to the party

We do not cook. The food is made and served by Garcia's Catering, an independent kitchen here in Moreno Valley. They quote it and they bill you directly. We just get you both in the same conversation.

The deposit comes off your balance rather than sitting on top of it, so the rest is due on the day. Most people book about a week out, and the early and mid-morning drop-off slots go first, so calling sooner gives you more choice over your delivery window.
Can you set up at a park?
Yes. Park shelters work well across Moreno Valley and Riverside. You arrange the shelter reservation and any permit the park requires, and we set up around it.
