Have these ready
Your party date, the time you want the unit dropped off, the full address it is going to, and which unit you booked. If the party is at a park rather than a house, put the park address in and tell us which shelter when we speak.
The terms, in plain language
These are the money terms and they are the same ones in the agreement below. The deposit is $50 and it holds your date. It is non-refundable, and it comes off your balance rather than sitting on top of it, so a $125 Basic Jumper is $50 to book and $75 on the day. The rest is due when we set up.
There is one case where a non-refundable deposit does not work against you, and it is the one people ask about. If we call your date off because it is too windy to set up safely, we reschedule you. That call is ours rather than yours, so it moves your date instead of costing you the booking. The wind limits we work to are published in full.
The liability release is in the agreement itself, above the signature. Read it there rather than anywhere else: we are not going to restate it in our own words on a different page and leave you wondering which version counts.
