Bounce House and Party Rentals in Edgemont, Moreno Valley

Bounce house rentals in Edgemont, Moreno Valley are $125 flat, delivered, set up, anchored and taken down, with nothing added per child. Edgemont is the 92553 corner of our Moreno Valley service map, seven minutes west of the shop, and it is the one neighborhood where we ask where the party is happening before we ask which unit you want. There is a reason for that and it is in the zoning.

Edgemont back yards, and the Edgemont homes with no yard

Edgemont was subdivided in 1923 for poultry ranches and platted as Rose Arbor, which is why the detached streets here look nothing like the newer tracts east of them. Those houses are mostly single-storey, built between the 1950s and the 1970s, and they sit on wide flat lots. A standard unit needs roughly 15x15 ft of level ground plus three to five feet of clearance every side, and a back yard of that vintage usually takes it without anyone moving a shed. Our zoning tally for the box between Day St and Graham St, Cactus Ave down to Dracaea Ave, comes out around 16 percent R5 Suburban Residential, about 15 percent combined R10, R15 and R20 multi-family, and roughly 27 percent business park, light industrial and industrial along the I-215 frontage. That is a lot of Edgemont households living in apartments with no private yard at all. If that is you, the bounce house is still on. It just goes in a park, and the booking starts about a week earlier than it would for a house.

Which Edgemont park shelter fits your party

Two parks inside Edgemont have reservable shelters and they trade against each other. Adrienne Mitchell Memorial Park on Bay Ave holds the larger one, Shelter #1, rated medium at three to six tables with a stated maximum of 120, and it has a playground, four lighted basketball courts and a walking path. It has no restrooms. Moreno Valley Community Park on Frederick St has the restrooms, plus a playground, two softball fields, two lighted tennis courts and a water feature, but all four of its shelters are small and capped at 60 each. Eighty guests at Community Park means reserving two shelters next to each other. The city handles the shelter reservation, not us. We set up where you tell us the shelter is, but we cannot hold the space for you.

Two Edgemont sites on Frederick St that look like party venues

The Civic Center campus at 14075 Frederick St carries City Hall, the Conference and Recreation Center, the amphitheater and the Veterans Memorial, and no picnic shelter on any of it. Cottonwood Golf Center at 13671 Frederick St has a banquet facility and no picnic shelter either. Both read as venues on a map of Frederick St, and neither gives you a covered table to put the cake on. Plaza del Sol at Alessandro Blvd and Frederick St is shops, not a park.

How we anchor a bounce house in Edgemont

Grass gets stakes driven through the anchor points into the lawn. Concrete gets sandbags on all four corners, which is what a shelter pad or a driveway means. We also need a standard outlet within 100 ft of the unit, and that is the requirement that catches park bookings out. Say so on the phone if the party is at Adrienne Mitchell or Community Park and we will settle the power question before the date, not on the morning. Edgemont sits at the southern foot of the Box Springs Mountains at 1,554 feet. We are not going to tell you it is windier here than the rest of Moreno Valley, because we do not have numbers that say so. If the forecast turns genuinely unsafe we say so and move your date rather than set up and hope.

Seven minutes from our shop to Edgemont

Edgemont is a seven minute drive from our shop on Pepper Ct, in on Alessandro Blvd, Cactus Ave or Frederick St. Edgemont Elementary at 21790 Eucalyptus Ave sits at the western edge where the neighborhood meets Day St, and Moreno Valley High School is at 23300 Cottonwood Ave. Name one of them when you book. Edgemont runs hard against the Riverside city line and the I-215 and SR-60 interchange, and addresses on the Riverside side get taken for Moreno Valley ones constantly. Zillow and Walk Score split this ground again into Edgemont Gardens, population around 5,446 with a Walk Score of 51, the most walkable named area in the city, and Moreno Acres, population around 4,426 with a Walk Score of 24. Both are Edgemont to us at the same flat rate. Our bounce house rentals page lists what we carry. You do not lift anything and you do not return anything.

What the flat rate covers, and what we hand off

Rentals start at $125. What you pay depends on the unit, how long you need it and how far we are driving, so we quote it on the phone at 844-953-0494. There is no charge per child at any headcount, so if twelve invitations turn into twenty-six on the Thursday the rental costs what it cost on the Monday. Birthday party packages bundle the rental with the extras if you would rather book one thing. We do not cook. Food goes to Garcia's Catering, a separate business that bills you directly, and we say so up front so nobody assumes we are marking it up. Custom apparel and custom 3D printing are ours, for birthday shirts and printed favors. If you end up booking a park outside Edgemont, Sunnymead and TownGate each list their own shelter numbers.

Common questions

How much is a bounce house rental in Edgemont?

It starts at $125 flat, and that includes delivery, setup, anchoring and takedown at your Edgemont address. The final figure depends on the unit, how many hours you want it and the drive, so we give you the number on the phone at 844-953-0494 rather than guess at it here. Edgemont is seven minutes from the shop, so the drive is rarely the part that moves the price.

Can I put a bounce house at Adrienne Mitchell Memorial Park?

Yes, once you have reserved Shelter #1 through the city. It is the medium shelter, three to six tables, stated maximum 120. Two things to plan around: the park has no restrooms, and the pad is concrete, so we anchor with sandbags rather than stakes. Tell us where the nearest standard outlet is when you book, because we need one within 100 ft of the unit.

We live in an Edgemont apartment with no yard. Where can we hold the party?

A park shelter is the usual answer, and Edgemont has two parks with reservable ones, listed in the table above. Reserve the shelter with the city first, then call us with the shelter number and we will plan the setup around it. If a relative nearby has a lawn, that works too. We need about 15x15 ft of flat ground with three to five feet clear every side, and grass takes stakes, which is the sturdier anchor of the two.

Do you charge more if more kids show up?

No. There is no charge per child and there never has been. The rental is a flat rate for the unit and the time, so the price is the same whether nine kids come or twenty-nine. Headcount only changes which unit and which shelter make sense, and that is a conversation, not a surcharge.
