Sunnymead lots are the easiest 15x15 setup in the city

About 47 percent of the block between Heacock St and Kitching St, Cottonwood Ave down to Ironwood Ave, is zoned R5 Suburban Residential. R5 caps density at five dwellings per acre and puts most homes on roughly 7,200 square foot lots, which in practice means 1960s to 1980s single-story tract housing on flat, rectangular parcels. That is the easiest backyard in the city for a 15x15 inflatable. A standard unit needs that 15x15 of flat ground plus three to five feet of clearance on every side, so measure about 25 by 25 before you call, and find a standard outlet within 100 feet of where the unit will sit. The multi-family band south of Sunnymead Blvd is the exception

The MoVal 2040 General Plan puts the city's highest concentration of attached and multi-family housing directly south of the commercial stretch of Sunnymead Blvd between Heacock St and Perris Blvd, and about 20 percent of the wider area is zoned VR or R15 medium-high residential. If you live in that band, the honest answer is that a shared courtyard, a carport run or a strip of lawn between buildings does not usually give us 25 by 25 of flat, clear ground, and the piece that does usually belongs to the complex rather than to you. Give us the address when you call and we will work it out before we load the trailer rather than after. Where the yard does not work, a park shelter usually does.

Two parks, three shelters, and every one of them caps at 60

Sunnymead has two parks with reservable shelters and all three shelters are small. Sunnymead Park on Perris Blvd is the more complete of the two, with restrooms, a playground, a multi-use athletic field, a volleyball court and barbecues. Bayside Park on Bay Ave has lighted multi-use fields, a playground and horseshoes, and no restrooms at all, which decides more birthdays than people expect. Sixty is the shelter capacity, not a limit on your party, and it is not a limit we impose. Shelter reservations are made with the City, not with us. We deliver to either park and stake into the grass the same way we would at a house.

The streets we actually drive, and the ZIP line through them

The 92553 and 92557 boundary runs roughly along Sunnymead Blvd and Hemlock Ave, so Sunnymead Park sits in 92553 while The District at 24318 Hemlock Ave sits in 92557. We cover both sides of it. Most Sunnymead bookings land on the school streets: Sunnymead Elementary at 24050 Dracaea Ave, Sunnymead Middle at 23996 Eucalyptus Ave, Sunnymeadows Elementary at 23200 Eucalyptus Ave, Butterfield Elementary at 13400 Kitching St and Hendrick Ranch Elementary at 25570 Brodiaea Ave, plus the older streets off Cottonwood Ave near Moreno Valley High School. Sunnymead Blvd itself is a mixed-use corridor carrying the city's gateway arch, so the frontage there is shops rather than houses. If you are over towards Edgemont or up in Sunnymead Ranch, those are separate runs and we cover them too.

Flat rate, no per-child charge, and no food

The rental does not scale with attendance. There is no per-child charge at any point, so twelve kids and thirty kids cost the same, and a shelter capped at 60 does not change the invoice. Rentals start at $125. The final number depends on the unit, how long you need it and how far we are driving, which is why we quote by phone on 844-953-0494 instead of publishing a grid that would be wrong for half the people reading it. Food we do not do at all. We refer catering to Garcia's Catering, a separate business that bills you directly and pays us nothing. Wind, and the other things we make

Inflatables and wind do not mix. If the forecast turns genuinely unsafe we will tell you rather than set up and hope, and we will work with you on the date. That call is ours to make. Sunnymead is nine minutes from the shop, so a morning delivery and a same-day takedown are both realistic here, and you do not lift anything and you do not return anything.
