Bounce House Rentals in Sunnymead Ranch, Moreno Valley

Bounce house rentals in Sunnymead Ranch are a 14 minute drive from our shop, and the drive is the easy half. The yard is the part worth settling first, because Specific Plan 168 built two very different kinds of back yard inside one Moreno Valley neighborhood, and one of them does not take a standard unit.

Sunnymead Ranch splits in two before you pick a unit

The city's zoning GIS draws Specific Plan 168 from Frederick St and Pigeon Pass Rd east to Perris Blvd, north of Manzanita Ave, and all of it sits in ZIP 92557. Inside that boundary the land is 31 percent Small Lot Residential, 26 percent Suburban Residential R5 on roughly 7,200 square foot lots, 22 percent open space and 11 percent R3 at three units to the acre. Which of those streets you live on decides whether bounce house rentals in Sunnymead Ranch happen in your own yard or at a park shelter. The R5 and R3 blocks on the higher ground toward Pigeon Pass have rear yards that take a standard unit without argument. The small lot blocks nearer the lake often do not, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than work it out in your driveway on a Saturday morning.

Every yard here drains toward the lake

Sunnymead Ranch was built in the 1980s around a private HOA lake at 23600 Sunnymead Ranch Pkwy, and the grading follows the water. Most yards inside the plan slope rather than sit dead flat, which is the one extra question we ask Sunnymead Ranch callers that we do not ask everywhere else in the city. A standard unit needs roughly 15 by 15 feet of level ground, three to five feet of clearance on every side, and a standard outlet within 100 feet of that spot. Slope eats the level part quickly. Grass gets stakes driven at the corners, concrete gets sandbags, and if the only flat pad is a side yard rather than the back, measure the narrowest point and tell us the number when you call.

Eight bookable shelters at Gateway Park

If the yard does not work, the park option in Sunnymead Ranch is better than most of Moreno Valley, and it is worth knowing why. Gateway Park on the Manzanita Ave edge carries eight separately bookable shelters, numbered 14 through 21, each capped at 60 people. That is more individual shelters than any other park in the city, so it is the sensible answer when two or three families want the same Saturday and nobody wants to share one structure. Westbluff Park on Pigeon Pass Rd has a single small shelter and restrooms. Shadow Mountain Park holds the only medium shelter within reach at 120.

No bookable shelter inside the plan itself

Sunnymead Ranch Park and the 5.5 acre Sunnymead Ranch Trail Head both sit inside the neighborhood, and neither one appears on the city shelter list. Every reservable shelter near you is therefore on the edge of the plan or past it: Gateway on Manzanita, Westbluff on Pigeon Pass, and Shadow Mountain just north of the boundary, between here and Hidden Springs. Gateway also lists no restrooms, which for twenty five children is the thing you notice at hour two. Westbluff and Shadow Mountain both have them. Shelters are reserved through the city rather than through us, and we do not set up on city ground until you have that reservation in hand.

Fourteen minutes from our shop, and what the price covers

We load at 15167 Pepper Ct and the run to Sunnymead Ranch is 14 minutes, mostly Heacock St and Ironwood Ave, then in off Sunnymead Ranch Pkwy past Lakeshore Village at Old Lake Dr. That is close enough that a morning slot in Sunnymead Ranch and an afternoon slot elsewhere both fit in one day, so early dates here are usually open. Rentals start at $125, which includes delivery, setup, anchoring and takedown. There is no per child charge at any headcount, so twelve kids and thirty kids cost the same. The final number depends on the unit, the hours and the driving, which is why we quote by phone rather than publish a grid. Wind is the one thing that can cancel us. Above a 15 mph operating threshold we do not put children in a unit, and we will call you rather than set up and hope.

Who lives here, and what else we bring

Family density in Sunnymead Ranch is high and the schools are the reason people move in. Sugar Hill Elementary at 24455 Old Country Rd, Vista Heights Middle at 23049 Old Lake Dr and Canyon Springs High at 23100 Cougar Canyon Dr all draw from these streets, and typical rents run $2,400 to $3,200, so a class list party here usually means a lot of parents who half know each other. A birthday party package covers the unit plus the rest of the setup when you would rather hand over the whole morning. We print custom shirts in the same shop, which is where matching birthday shirts come from. Food we refer to Garcia's Catering, who bill you directly. We do not cook. If your date is over in Sunnymead instead, the lots there work differently and that page covers them.

Common questions

Will a bounce house fit in a Sunnymead Ranch back yard?

It depends which side of the plan you are on. The R5 and R3 streets on the higher ground toward Pigeon Pass generally have room for the 15 by 15 feet plus three to five feet of clearance a standard unit needs. The small lot streets closer to the lake often do not. Because everything in Sunnymead Ranch drains toward the private lake, slope is the usual problem rather than square footage, so measure the flattest stretch and read us the number.

Which park near Sunnymead Ranch has a shelter big enough for 100 people?

Shadow Mountain Park at 23680 Presidio Hills Dr, shelter #47, which is rated medium at a maximum of 120. It is the only shelter in this part of the city above 60. It sits just north of the plan boundary between Sunnymead Ranch and Hidden Springs, and it has restrooms. If your list is under 60, Gateway Park on Manzanita Ave gives you eight shelters to choose from instead of one.

Do you charge per child for a bounce house in Sunnymead Ranch?

No. There is no per child charge, ever. The rental covers the unit for the time you book it, so a party of twelve and a party of thirty pay the same. Rentals start at $125 including delivery, setup, anchoring and takedown, and the final figure depends on the unit, the hours and the drive.

Do you deliver to 92557, and is there a delivery fee?

Yes, Sunnymead Ranch is entirely inside 92557 and it is a 14 minute drive from our shop on Pepper Ct. Delivery, setup, anchoring and takedown are part of the rental rather than a separate line. Distance is one of the things that moves the quote, and at 14 minutes Sunnymead Ranch is on the short end of our radius.
